ABOUT US

Candea, in Galician, means light, flame, transparency. And the light going ahead shines twice. This was the inspiration of the name Candea INDUSTRIAS PLASTICAS S.A., incorporated on April 7, 1965, following Mr. Feliciano Barrera’s entrepreneurship.

The first steps were given, with the advice of Italian partners, in a small industrial unit in Torres de la Alameda, Madrid. In 1969 we moved to Lasagra Industrial Area, near Toledo, our current location, at first in a 1,500 m / 2 factory and a single monolayer extrusion line, then the growth of the company and a strong investment will led to a expansion to a factory of 6,000 m / 2 and the installation of three new lines coextruders multilayer, with modern technology, and various injection machines.

Thanks to our technical resources, preparation and involvement of our staff and the wide variety of materials, sizes, colors and finishes of the products we can manufacture, Candea has reached levels of quality and service that place it as a leader in the sector and is firmly committed to a technological development compatible with environmental protection.
